Ingredients
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup High-protein plant milk (like soy milk)
- 1 scoop Vegan protein powder (I use RAW Nutritional. Use RICK20 for 20% off)
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup Berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp Crushed walnuts
Instructions
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, high-protein plant milk, hemp seeds, and protein powder. Whisk or stir vigorously until the protein powder is fully dissolved and smooth.
- Seal the jar or container and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the oats absorb the liquid and soften.
- In the morning, give the oats a quick stir. (Splash in a tiny bit of extra plant milk if you prefer a looser consistency). Top with fresh or thawed berries, sliced banana, and crushed walnuts right before serving.
Pro-Tip
If you’re using frozen berries, layer them in the jar right on top of the oat mixture before chilling overnight. As they thaw in the fridge, their juices will infuse into the oats, creating a delicious natural berry syrup!
